George Lindemann Jr. , the famous equestrianphilanthropist. He is passionate about art and collection. Moving to Miami from new york in 1997, he was interested in the native modern art scene. Shifting gears, its ancient, 19th-century american art collection was sold-out to a various and exciting collection of paintings, sculpture, ceramics and combinations began.
He attracted towards the traditional art and added a glimpse of modernization to it.

George Lindemann—a great collector of design and art and President of the Bass Museum’s Board—shares his impressions of Frieze, the inaugural Collective design fair and a few auctions and gallery openings in between.

Mr. Lindemann is a graduate of Brown University and holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He  is a strong advocate of the arts, education and the environment.  He currently serves as President of the Friends of the Bass Museum in Miami Beach, of which he is the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees.  In addition he supports several civic, environmental and volunteer charities. 

Mr. George Lindemann Jr. is a member of the Lake Point Project - a state/county/private partnership project to restore the Everglades via construction and donation of a +/-2,250 acre natural water storage and treatment facility.  The project will result in a donation in excess of $100 million towards Everglades conservation and restoration.

Mr. Lindemann is also the General Manager of BC Property Investments, LC.  BC was a pioneer in repositioning commercial office space along the Biscayne Corridor in Miami, FL in an effort to revitalize midtown Miami.  BC owns (and operates) commercial office space, as well as residential developments, in Florida, New York, Eastern Tennessee and Mexico.

About Mr. George Lindemann jr



George Lindemann Jr. , the famous equestrianphilanthropist and the brilliant investor who spends most of his life in serving the humans with his art had received the award of citizen  at the inaugural of creativity center as better beach awards by the Miami Beach chamber of commerce. This award is given to him because of his excellent performance in prevailing Bass Museum from last 5 years. He selected the team of members which performs extremely well in each field. His mission towards
the museum is to explore the connections between historical and modern arts. Various workshops and art classes conducted at Creativity Center of Bass Museum that has opened by Lindemann Family for promoting education among children to enhance their creativity and thinking.

He started his career in arts in 1997 when he came from Miami to New York.  He is very passionate about his art works. He attracted towards the traditional art and added a glimpse of modernization to it. He explores himself in the art collection and worked with various reputed organizations in Miami. After completing his graduation in 1987, he joined as the member of United States Equestrian Team where he joined horse riding. At the end of year 1991, he became the Member of the Board of Directors in Metro Mobile Cellular Telephone Systems, Inc., Stock Exchange Company in New York. He joined almost every organization related to arts in Miami and serves the humanity with its arts and collections.  When he completed his Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern, Ft. Lauderdale,Florida, he became the C.E.O.  of Salud.com. He is working as a developer in Lake Point Restoration Project since 2008. This project aims at repositioning the zone with atleast 60 million tons of limestone with 2400 acre of water treatment facility.

George Lindemann Jr. Community Activities

Dear Bass Museum Members and Friends,
2012 has been a dynamic year at the Bass Museum of Art! In January, we kicked off the year by inaugurating the Lindemann Family Creativity Center, showing our strong commitment to IDEA@thebass, our education program that uses art as a catalyst to promote creativity. 578 hours of education programs and thirteen weeks of art camp later, the Bass Museum of Art has become Miami Beach’s hub for art learning.

Thought-provoking exhibitions mounted this past spring, charles ledray: bass museum of art and this past summer, UNNATURAL, were both originated by our museum and accompanied by scholarly catalogues, presented important international artists, most for the first time in Miami. We hope you had a chance to view the exhibitions, if not, the beautiful catalogues are available in our shop, elemental@thebass.

This fall, the Bass Museum of Art officially launched tc: temporary contemporary, the museum’s public art program in partnership with the City of Miami Beach. Thanks to generous grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Knight Foundation, ArtPlace, and Funding Arts Network, this program will featuring local and international artists like Susan Philipsz, Christina Lei Rodriguez, Stefan Bruggemann, Michael Linares, Ugo Rondinone, Rob Pruitt, George Sánchez-Calderón, Marco Brambilla and Agustina Woodgate, among others, throughout the City of Miami Beach—on walls, in trees, in storefronts and more. The program’s tagline says it best: “art in unexpected places.”

Our current exhibition breaks with both the thematic group show and solo exhibition formats: The Endless Renaissance: Six Solo Artist Projects | Eija-Liisa Ahtila, Barry X Ball, Walead Beshty, Hans-Peter Feldmann, Ged Quinn and Araya Rasdjarmrearnsook presents solo projects by international contemporary artists, whose works address the museum’s mission statement: we inspire and educate by exploring the connections between our historical collections and contemporary art. In an array of media from bronze, marble and oil paint to photographyand video, these artist’s projects will address concerns such as provenance, spirituality and art history in a unique and inspiring way.

Additionally, for the second year running and concurrent with Art Basel Miami Beach, Art Public in collaboration with the Bass Museum of Art will turn Collins Park into an outdoor exhibition space with large scale sculptures, videos, installations and live performances. Produced in collaboration with the Bass Museum of Art, the Art Basel Miami Beach sector includes works from the show’s galleries, by leading and emerging international artists, installed from ground level within the park to flying along the Miami Beach skyline above.

George Lindemann (MBA '99), is passionate about art and collection. Moving to Miami from new york in 1997, he was interested in the native modern art scene. Lindemann BC Serving as president, his career is equally creative estate investing in Miami, Biscayne Boulevard, leading into office space redevelopment. At the same time, the state of Florida with the Florida Everglades restoration project is part of a surface water management project is heading.

A graduate of Brown University student, Lindemann after graduation began his real estate practice. Palm Beach, FL to complete a project that would enable him to start an MBA that saw a 6-month window. With a formal education Lindemann wanted to enhance their professional skills. MBA at Nova Southeastern University was flexible and practical.

Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce has awarded George Lindemann the award of national at massive at the inaugural higher Beach Awards. This award was given to Lindemann supported his for his prolific and impactful role in growing, disapproval and leading the Bass repository of Art for the past five years. because the President of the Board of administrators of the Bass repository of Art, George Lindemann has not solely been one in all the few original members of the Board of administrators, however helped grow the board from three members to this twenty three current members of the Board making a various and dynamic cluster of leaders for the Bass repository of Art.

Along with the city of miami beach, George Lindemann’s generous donations and commitment to education, he created the Lindemann Family creative thinking Center at the Bass repository of Art. The Lindemann Family creativity Center is that the home of the museum’s IDEA@thebass program of art categories and workshops. Developed in conjunction with Stanford University’s acclaimed Institute of style, plan categories use a technique of teaching referred to as style Thinking, Associate in Nursingopen-ended technique of problem-solving that permits youngsters to brainstorm, add groups and have interaction in artistic play. The creative thinking Center is additionally the house of the Art Club for Adults, lectures, film screenings, and teacher coaching workshops. extra programming includespre-school art categories, when college and weekend art categories (children ages 6 to 12), and experimental programming designed by the museum’s Stanford Fellow and alternative consultants within the field of arts education.

George Lindemann (M.B.A. '99) is passionate about art and collecting.  Moving to Miami from New York in 1997, he was attracted to the local contemporary art scene.  Shifting gears, he sold his traditional, 19th century American art collection and began assembling a diverse and exciting collection of paintings, sculpture, ceramics and more.  Many of the pieces were so large, he has hung them in a warehouse size space that includes his company office.  “I love the energy of the Miami arts scene. There are so many fantastic, young artists and so much new happening.”

Arts for the public by serving as the chairman of the board of trustees of the Bass Museum of Art and as vice chairman of the board of directors for the Miami-Dade Performing Arts Foundation.

This award was given to Lindemann based on his for his prolific and impactful role in growing, branding and leading the Bass Museum of Art for the past 5 years. As the President of the Board of Directors of the Bass Museum of Art, George Lindemann has not only been one of the few original members of the Board of Directors, but helped grow the board from 3 members to the current 23 current members of the Board creating a diverse and dynamic group of leaders for the Bass Museum of Art. Lindemann also helped conceptualize the current mission statement of the Bass Museum of Art, “we inspire and educate by exploring the connections between our historical collections and contemporary art”.

Something About "George Lindemann"



George Lindemann Jr. who spends his life in exploring himself in arts, various invests & environmental advocacy, named after his father George Lindemann Sr.. From his childhood days he wanted to be a Olympiad. He actively participated in many activities during his lifetime which showcases the kind of personality, George is. Now days, he is one of the reputed business person in his country. He is contributing his share of investments as a developer in Lake Point Restoration Project, the project of state, county, private partnership.

He completed his bachelor degree from in arts from Brown university, Providence, Rhode Island in 1987. After completing his degree he joined Metro Mobile Cellular Telephone Systems, Inc., a NY Stock Exchange Company as a Member of the Board of Directors in 1987. Because of good communication skills with his clients and colleagues he joined as a member in United States Equestrian Team in that very year.  He is known as the man of excellence. He became president of Cellular Farms, Inc.  in 1992. He joined Activated Communications in 1994 and works as a Partner and Director, the company focused on investment partnership.
